There were two writers that Mac Tonnies had an almost intimate, strangely resonant attachment to. One was Franz Kafka and the other, William S. Burroughs. I always wondered about the Burroughs connection until I came across this wonderful video the other day - a tribute to Burrough's passing in 1997. Once again, a video I'd send Mac, if I could. But then, "The Cat does not offer services, the Cat offers itself." A bit of Burroughs' wisdom I'll forever keep in mind.
